What is your Return/ Exchange policy?

As all our articles are Made to order, hence we do not accept returns or exchanges, we do offer free Alteration services to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. Also we keep enough Margins.
We only offer Exchange incase of any manufacturing defect.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping throughout India on all orders, regardless of the size or value of your purchase.
Additional shipping charges will be applied for International orders, as shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your purchase using Credit or Debit cards, Net banking, UPI, mobile Wallets, and other popular payment options. We strive to provide you with a seamless checkout process and a variety of payment methods to suit your needs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking ID provided. The tracking ID can be found in the shipping confirmation email that you receive after your order has been dispatched. You can also contact our customer support team for any assistance with tracking your order.

Do you provide Size customisation?

Yes, you can provide us with your Body Fitted Measurements with Height and we will tailor your purchase to fit you perfectly.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please note that we have a strict No-cancellation policy once an order has been placed as all our articles are Made to Order. Also we start processing your order immediately after it is placed, which means that we are unable to cancel or modify it once the process has started. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be Dispatched in 3-5 business days.
However, please note that in some cases, there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed and provide an estimated delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Do you have a physical store or are you an online-only brand?

We have our Manufacturing Facility in Delhi, India. But we retail online only.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery ( COD) service ?

Since we have Made to order sets, customised as per sizes or body measurements, so COD option won’t be possible. Only Online Payment mode available.

How do you resolve size fitting issue?

 If you’ll provide us with your accurate measurements, there won’t be any fitting issues. Still if you face any, we do keep enough margins. Also we do provide one time free alterations with drop-off service at no additional cost.
